About greenHeat Technologies greenHeat Technologies is a GreenTech startup from Würzburg that is building a new category of decentralized energy infrastructure. Our Ultra Nano Data Centers (UNDC) are installed in building basements and use the waste heat from the computing power directly to heat the building. This creates a system that simultaneously delivers CO₂-neutral heat, provides local edge computing capacity and meets the regulatory requirements of the Energy Efficiency Act (EnEfG) and the Building Energy Act (GEG). We are in the start-up phase (Q2 2026) and are building a team that brings together technology, energy and building management. The role You will coordinate the UNDC module rollout: from hardware procurement to HVAC partners to installation planning and ongoing operations at multiple locations simultaneously. You are the operational backbone of greenHeat and ensure that technology becomes functioning infrastructure.
Your tasks Planning and coordination of UNDC installations at several locations in parallel Development and management of the SHK partner network in Bavaria and throughout Germany Hardware procurement, logistics and warehouse management Operational monitoring, quality assurance and escalation management
