Service – the platform available at easy-job24.com.

Operator – the entity managing the Service.

User – any person using the Service.

Services – functionalities offered by the Service, including job posting.

2. General provisions

Using the Service means accepting these Terms.

3. Scope of services

The Service enables posting job offers and communication between users.

The Service does not guarantee employment or finding a job.

4. User accounts

The User is responsible for providing accurate data and securing their account.

5. User content

The User is fully responsible for all published content.

6. Moderation

Content may be verified automatically or manually before or after publication.

The Operator may remove or block content violating the Terms or law.

Content may be automatically translated into other languages. Translations are for convenience and may not fully reflect the original.

Messages between users may also be automatically translated.

The Operator is not responsible for translation inaccuracies.

The Service may take actions to prevent fraud and abuse.

The Operator may temporarily limit access to certain features for security reasons.

9. Paid services

The Service offers paid services, including job postings.

Prices are gross and may be shown in PLN for Polish users.

Payments are processed by external providers such as:

Payment terms are defined by payment providers.

The service starts after payment confirmation.

The User agrees to immediate execution and waives the right of withdrawal.

Refunds may not apply in case of Terms violation.

Response time: 14 days.

11. Liability

The Operator is not responsible for user content.

The Service is not a party to agreements between users.

12. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is".

13. Termination

The Operator may terminate services in case of violations.

14. Law

Polish law applies.
