Responsibilities and requirements
Job description:
- development of draft resolutions of the Podlaskie Voivodeship Board and Podlaskie Voivodeship Assembly, 2) keeping a register of resolutions of the Board and the Podlaskie Voivodeship Assembly, 3) preparing, in cooperation with the organizational units, reports on the activities of the WUP in Białystok, 4) conducting matters related to the consideration of complaints, requests and grievances about the work of the WUP in Białystok and forwarding according to jurisdiction, 5) conducting matters related to the implementation of the statutory obligation to create a subject page of the Public Information Bulletin (BIP), in accordance with specified procedures, including the publication of information on the BIP website, 6) implementation of information and promotional activities on the initiatives and activities undertaken by the WUP in Białystok, including providing telephone information on the activities of the WUP in Białystok, 7) development and distribution of information and promotional materials on the activities of the WUP in Białystok.
Other requirements: 1) At least secondary education (secondary general or technical) 2) work experience - a minimum of 5 years of total work experience, including a minimum of 6 months of work experience in entities classified as local government units 3) Powers / skills Essential requirements: 1) meeting the qualification requirements set forth in the Law of November 21, 2008 on local government employees, 2) knowledge of legal acts: (a) the Law on Provincial Self-Government, b) the Law on local government employees, c) the Law on the labor market and employment services, d) the Law on public finances, e) the Law on the Code of Administrative Procedure, f) the Regulation on the Clerical Instruction, Uniform Tangible Lists of Files and the Instruction on the Organization and Scope of Operation of Company Archives, 3) knowledge of the provincial government, the functioning of public employment services and other labor market institutions, as well as knowledge of the tasks carried out by the VEO in Białystok, 4) highly developed interpersonal skills. Additional requirements: 1) ability to edit official letters and draft legal acts, 2) ability to communicate effectively, 3) ability to plan and organize work, 4) independence, conscientiousness and reliability in performing tasks, 5) very good computer skills, including MS Office package.
