Responsibilities and requirements
Job description:
a) at the preparatory stage of the investment, among other things: work with project documentation, verification of cost estimates, participation in the work of the tender committee; b) at the task execution stage, among other things: technical control of construction, coordination of the works carried out, infliction and settlement of materials from dismantling, organization of acceptance; 3) at the stage of investment acceptance, among other things: co-leading with the Head of the Department the final acceptance of the investment or renovation, participation in the final settlement of the construction task. Other requirements: 1. education: higher construction, 2. seniority: min. 3 years of work experience, 3. skill-specialization: (a) construction authorization to manage construction works in the specialty of installation in the field of networks, installations and electrical and electrical power equipment - without limitations, b) knowledge of the Construction Law, Public Procurement Law and technical and construction regulations, c) proficiency in the use of computer and Office package, e-mail, ability to use programs used in design (e.g. AutoCad)
