Responsibilities and requirements
Job description:
- comprehensive organizational support of the Center, 2. providing secretarial services to the Center (in the absence of another employee), 3. ordering office supplies for PCPR in accordance with the demands submitted by PCPR Departments. 4. making purchases for the Center's activities in accordance with the applicable procurement regulations. 5. keeping quantitative and value records of fixed assets, other fixed assets (equipment) and intangible assets in accordance with the applicable rules of asset management. 6. keeping quantitative records of low-value items in accordance with the applicable rules for the management of tangible assets. 7. keeping records of office and household supplies and supervising their rational use. 8. accepting applications for liquidation of assets and preparing relevant protocols and documents related to the process of liquidation and write-off of records. 9. preparation of reports related to the tasks performed at the workstation, 10. preparing and conducting public procurement proceedings with the participation of the requesting PCPR Department, 11. preparation of draft documents, letters, orders and resolutions related to related to the conducted proceedings, 12. making publication of announcements in relevant statutory publications, Public Information Bulletin and Electronic Bulletin Board, 13. keeping records of civil-law contracts concluded by the Center, 14. performing activities related to access to public information, INFORMATION ON WORKING CONDITIONS OF THE POSITION: 1) job description: inspector/organizational officer at the District Center for Family Assistance in Wroclaw, 2) working at a computer for more than 4 hours, 3) most tasks are performed in a sitting position, 4) employment under an employment contract. Other requirements: ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1) Polish citizenship, 2) full legal capacity and exercise of full public rights, 3) no criminal record for a deliberate crime prosecuted by public indictment or a deliberate fiscal crime, 4) higher education, 5) work experience of at least 3 years, 6) knowledge of issues relating to the preparation and conduct of public procurement proceedings, including projects implemented with funds from the European Union, 7) very good organization of work, 8) knowledge of MS Office package, 9) availability. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1) personal qualities: ability to organize work efficiently, analytical skills, reliability, communication skills, responsibility, 2) high personal culture, 3) resistance to stress, 4) completed postgraduate studies or courses in the field of public procurement, 5) preferred work experience in a local government unit,
