Salary
Gross salary: from 4 806 to 8 000 PLN The salary for the proposed position will depend on the experience professional experience and competencies of the selected candidate, as well as the professional rights held by the candidate. The amount of basic salary, together with an allowance for many years of work, will be determined on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister of Justice of March 3, 2017 on the positions and detailed rules for the remuneration of officials and other employees of courts and prosecutor's offices and for serving as an official trainee (i.e., Journal of Laws 2023, item 2016, as amended). In addition, the employee may receive discretionary bonuses, special allowances and awards for special achievements in professional work, in the amount determined by the Regional Prosecutor in Częstochowa. 6-month internship followed by an indefinite contract
Salary system: Temporary with a monthly rate
Responsibilities and requirements
Job description:
- coordinating and supervising the implementation of investment and renovation projects, 2. coordinating and supervising the implementation of tasks related to the maintenance of buildings and their systems in proper technical condition in accordance with applicable laws and internal regulations, contracts, 3. development of a security plan for the prosecution units of the Częstochowa district; 4. preparing property tax declarations; 5. supervising the proper operation of the vehicle fleet, coordinating the work of drivers employed in the prosecutor's offices of the Częstochowa district, billing drivers and preparing reports on the operation of cars. Other requirements:
Requirements for candidates: - full legal capacity; - no criminal record for a crime or fiscal crime;there must be no proceedings against the candidate for a crime prosecuted by public indictment or a fiscal crime; - good repute;
- A university degree with a minimum of first degree (preferred education in construction, architecture, law with specialization in construction law, real estate management);
- Knowledge and ability to apply the provisions of the construction law and regulations on real estate management and management;
- Knowledge of public finance and public procurement law, as well as regulations related to the implementation and financing of construction projects; - knowledge of methods and techniques of office work, including very good ability to use computer equipment; - reliability, self-reliance, dutifulness, creativity; - communicativeness; - ability to plan and organize work; - ability to work in a team; - health condition that allows employment in this position; - analytical skills; - resistance to stress.
