Gross salary: 5,500 to 9,270 PLN Salary information: Pursuant to Article 183ca § 1 and 2 of the Labor Code, I inform you that you are entitled to the following components of remuneration and work-related benefits: - basic salary in the range of PLN 5500 9270 per month, - an allowance for many years of work in the amount of 5% after 5 years of work of monthly basic salary, this allowance increases by 1% for each additional year of work until it reaches 20% of monthly basic salary, - special allowance, - award from the prize fund, - additional annual salary, - night allowance, - overtime pay, - jubilee award, - retirement or disability severance pay, - severance pay in connection with the termination of the employment relationship for reasons not related to the employee, - equivalent for vacation, - reimbursement of costs of business travel (allowance, travel costs, accommodation, local travel), - subsidies from the Company Social Benefits Fund, - reimbursement for the purchase of protective eyeglasses.

PRESIDENT OF THE OKDGOSZCZ COURT on April 9, 2026 announces a competition for 4 vacant positions of assistant judge at the District Court in Bydgoszcz, 2 Waly Jagiellońskie St. , 85-131 Bydgoszcz, reference number: Kd. 1101. 12. 2026. General responsibilities: 1. preparation of draft justifications. 2. Execution of the judge's orders and other activities ordered by the department chairman. Place of work: 12 Nowy Rynek Street or 10 Nowy Rynek Street or 2 Waly Jagiellońskie Street, Bydgoszcz.
Other requirements: Pursuant to Article 155 § 1a of the Act of July 27, 2001 Law on the Organization of Common Courts (Journal of Laws 2024.334, i.e.), the position of junior assistant judge may be filled by one who: 1. is a citizen of the Republic of Poland and enjoys full civil and civic rights, 2. is of impeccable character, 3. is a student of a single master's degree in law and has completed the third year of such studies, 4. has completed 20 years of age. Pursuant to Article 155 § 1b of the Act of July 27, 2001 Law on the Organization of Common Courts (Journal of Laws 2024.334, i.e.), the position of assistant judge may be filled by one who: 1. is a citizen of the Republic of Poland and enjoys full civil and civic rights, 2. is of impeccable character, 3. has completed higher legal studies in Poland and obtained a master's degree or a foreign degree recognized in Poland, 4. is at least 20 years old. Pursuant to Article 155 § 1c of the Act of July 27, 2001 Law on the Organization of Common Courts (Journal of Laws 2024.334, i.e.), the position of senior assistant judge may be filled by one who: 1. is a citizen of the Republic of Poland and enjoys full civil and civic rights, 2. is of impeccable character, 3. has completed higher legal studies in Poland and has obtained a master's degree or a foreign degree recognized in Poland and has held the position of junior assistant judge or assistant judge for at least seven years, or has passed a judge's, prosecutor's, attorney's, legal advisor's, notary's or bailiff's exam or has obtained an entry in the list of attorneys or an entry in the list of legal advisors or has been appointed by the Minister of Justice to the position of notary or to the position of bailiff, 4. has completed 20 years of age. Required documents: In accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Justice dated October 14, 2013 on conducting a competition for the position of assistant judge (Journal of Laws 2025.1573, i.e.), the candidate shall attach to the application: 1. information clause for persons participating in the recruitment process; 2. application for the position of assistant judge; 3. a curriculum vitae and career information; 4. original or officially certified copy of a document certifying graduation from higher education studies in the field of law in the Republic of Poland and obtaining a master's degree or a certificate of passing the master's exam, or original or officially certified copy of a document certifying graduation from foreign higher education studies in the field of law recognized in the Republic of Poland on the basis of separate regulations, or a certificate confirming the requirements indicated in Article 155 § 1a item 3 of the Act of July 27, 2001 Law on the Common Court System (Journal of Laws 2024.334 i.e.), 5. the candidate's statement that there are no proceedings against him for a crime prosecuted by public indictment or a fiscal crime (Article 155a § 6 of the Act of July 27, 2001 Law on the Common Court System); 6. a statement that he/she is a citizen of the Republic of Poland and enjoys full civil and civic rights; 7. candidate's statement of consent to the processing of personal data for recruitment purposes; 8. a current photograph in accordance with the requirements used for the issuance of identity cards; 9. information for the candidate about the internal procedure for reporting violations of the law and follow-up at the District Court in Bydgoszcz. The candidate may attach documents confirming additional qualifications and achievements to the application. The application together with the required documents with the designation of the competition should be submitted by April 27, 2026 at the Submission Office of the District Court in Bydgoszcz or sent by mail to: District Court ul. Wały Jagiellońskie 2, 85-131 Bydgoszcz, indicating the designation Kd.1101.12.2026 is determined by the date of mailing at the post office of the operator. The competition consists of three stages: 1. stage one initial verification of candidates' applications in terms of meeting the formal requirements for entering the competition; the list of candidates admitted to the second stage of the competition will be posted on the bulletin board and on the BIP website of the District Court in Bydgoszcz no later than 7 days before the date of commencement of the second stage of the competition; 2. stage two a test comprising 36 questions on civil and criminal law and civil and criminal procedure and a written paper on one of two topics in civil law and criminal law, chosen by the candidate; 3. stage three an interview. Date and place of the competition (2nd and 3rd stages): Stage II will be held on May 22, 2026 at: 10:00 a.m. Room No. 306 (District Court in Bydgoszcz, 2 Waly Jagiellońskie Street). Stage III (interview) will be held on the same day. Additional information: - persons employed in the position of assistant judge in the District Court in Bydgoszcz may not combine employment with serving an apprenticeship in legal counsel or advocacy, - persons employed as assistant judges at the District Court in Bydgoszcz may take advantage of occasional remote work and task-based working hours (at the employee's request).
