Responsibilities and requirements
Job description:
- IT support to the IT department in ongoing work. 2. installation, configuration, service of computers and software. 3. Exercise care over the functioning of computerized equipment for medical diagnosis and therapy. 4. maintaining necessary technical documentation. 5. providing IT support to users and solving problems in the use of computers, peripherals and software. 6. maintaining quality standards of internal customer service. 7. Create and maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software.
Other requirements: 1. good knowledge of MS Windows 7/8/10, MS Office; 2. Good knowledge of computers, printing devices and ability to diagnose faults; 3. basic knowledge of computer networks; 4. Timeliness, reliability in performing tasks; 5. ability to work as a team, high personal culture; 6. independence, ability to organize own work and set priorities, communication skills; 7. ability to work under time pressure; 8. knowledge of English at the level of reading with understanding of technical documentation; 9. Experience working in a medical facility will be appreciated; 10. Knowledge of AMMS and InfoMedica systems (administrative part) will be a great asset.
