Responsibilities and requirements
Job description:
Initiating promotional projects for the Mokotow District and the Office of the Capital City of Warsaw and cooperation with external and internal institutions, - Coordinating and supervising information and promotional campaigns to shape the image of Mokotow District and the Office of the Capital City of Warsaw, - Developing, editing and publishing content and promotional/informational materials, also in services and websites (including e-marketing activities), monitoring the effectiveness of conducted activities and compliance with the Visual Identification System of the Capital City of Warsaw, - Preparing information on current and planned promotional, cultural and artistic events.
- Planning and preparing activities promoting the Mokotów District Office during events organized and co-organized by the district (graphic designs, press advertisements, leaflets, posters, materials to be used on the website and in social media), - Cooperation with the office responsible for marketing of the city related in particular to the use of the Visual Identification System, including the promotional sign of the capital city of Warsaw in district promotional and informational materials, - Direct contact with the authorities, office units and organizational units of the capital city of Warsaw in order to implement the district's information activities, cooperation with the Mokotów District Press Officer, - graphic design and preparation of promotional and informational materials for printing, as well as animation, editing promotional and informational clips (spots, films), - editing of Mokotow District website and cooperation with the organizational units of the office in order to obtain information useful to the residents of the district and necessary to update the site, initiating changes including the reconstruction of data content of the district website, - you must be familiar with the issues needed to perform the tasks and legal acts:
- Act on the system of the capital city of Warsaw, - The Law on Municipal Self-Government, - The law on access to public information, - The Administrative Procedure Code Act, - The Law on Copyright and Related Rights, - Personal data protection laws.

Necessary requirements
- Polish citizenship or citizenship of another country allowed by the Law on Local Government Employees, - Full legal capacity and exercise of full public rights, - no criminal record for a deliberate crime prosecuted by public indictment or a deliberate fiscal crime, - good repute, - communicative knowledge of the English language, - computer literacy, including basic document editing programs (if the candidate independently submits an application in the electronic recruitment system, we will consider that you meet the requirement), - higher education of the first or second degree, - a minimum of 5 years of work experience, - more than 3 years of professional experience in one of the following areas: independent planning and implementation of promotional projects, organization of appearances at trade fairs and conferences, coordination of promotional and image appearances and presence, collection, analysis and creation of information materials, - Communicative English language skills verified by knowledge test or interview, - Competencies: identification with the office, communication, conscientiousness. - First or second degree in one of the following fields: marketing, management, administration, public relations.
