Job description:
Job Scope: The duties of the person employed in the above position will primarily include: 1. photo-reporting and video-filming of events organized on the territory of the City and Municipality of Siewierz; 2. editing press articles for the local government newspaper, 3. editing the official website of Siewierz Municipality, 4. editing content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), 5. developing the content of promotional materials, 6. preparing presentations and other multimedia materials for the Office, 7. managing the relations of the local government with its environment, 8. creating a favorable image of the Municipality in the mass media; 9. keeping the public informed of the intentions, plans and activities of the Municipality; 10. participation in fairs, exchanges and other events promoting the Municipality; 11. preparing marketing campaigns and carrying them out, 12. obtaining media patrons, cooperation with the media, 13. coordinating and co-organizing the celebration of state ceremonies and other celebrations and local events; 14. cooperation with cultural institutions, creative circles and associations in the field of cultural activities and their promotion at the municipal and supra-local level; 15. cooperation with non-governmental organizations, implementation of the Program of cooperation with non-governmental organizations non-governmental organizations and other organizations engaged in public benefit activities in the Municipality of Siewierz, 16. coordination, support, initiation and promotion of activities in the field of dissemination of culture physical culture, health, sports and tourism in the Municipality, 17. preparation of draft resolutions of the Municipal Council and orders of the Mayor in the field of action Department of Promotion, Social Communication, Physical Culture and Health, 18. management of allocated budget funds, taking into account the procedures of the scope of public procurement, 19. collection, storage of documents in accordance with the office instructions, 20. day-to-day customer service, 21. conducting and coordinating activities on cooperation of local government with foreign countries. Other requirements: Essential requirements: Polish citizenship. Higher education, first or second degree within the meaning of the regulations on higher education, preferred in the field of social sciences (marketing, communication Social communication, advertising, public relations, journalism, cultural studies, sociology, political science). Or experience in a similar position. Seniority: a minimum of 3 years. Proficiency in computer skills. Possession of full legal capacity and enjoyment of full public rights. No conviction by a final court sentence for an intentional crime prosecuted by indictment. Public or intentional fiscal crime. An undisputed reputation. No health contraindications to work in the offered position. Knowledge of the law in the scope of laws: press law, On copyright and related rights, on public benefit activity and other necessary for the implementation of tasks within the scope of the work of the desk. Additional requirements: Experience in editing content for media, including social media. Ability to create a variety of forms of content (in the form of graphics, photography, video). Ability to take and process photographs and capture and edit video is welcome. Ability to use graphic design programs (e.g. Canva, CorelDraw, Adobe) is welcome. High interpersonal skills.
