These Terms may be updated. We will inform users in advance about any changes. Continued use of the Services after changes have been introduced constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Our Services

We provide a platform that enables users to post and browse job listings. Users use the Services at their own risk.

5. User Accounts

The user is responsible for maintaining the security of their account. Creating multiple accounts or using the Services in violation of these Terms is prohibited.

6. User Content

Content submitted by users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. The user declares that they have the rights to the content they publish.

7. License to Use the Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

8. Rights

The user grants a license for content published within the Services. The operator may display advertisements in connection with user content.

9. Restrictions on Content and Use

Content must not violate the law or the rights of third parties.
Posting hateful, false, or spam content is prohibited.

10. Age Requirement

The Services are available only to users aged 18 or older.

11. Paid Services

11.1. Easy-Job24 provides paid services, in particular the publication of job listings.

11.2. Prices for services are specified in the current price list available on the website.

11.3. All prices are gross prices (including VAT, where applicable).

11.4. Payments are processed via external payment providers, including but not limited to: Przelewy24 (PayPro SA), PayPal, DotPay, Tpay, PayU, Stripe, HotPay, and other providers available on the platform.

11.5. The availability of specific payment methods may depend on the user's country, transaction currency, and the policies of payment providers and financial institutions.

11.6. The Service is not responsible for any limitations or unavailability of payment methods resulting from decisions made by payment providers or the user's bank.

11.7. Payments may be made using various methods, including online transfers, payment cards, and other electronic payment methods provided by payment operators.

11.8. Detailed terms of payment processing are defined by the respective payment providers.

11.9. The service of publishing a job listing begins immediately after the payment has been confirmed.

11.10. The publication period of a listing is defined in the offer or price list.

11.11. By purchasing a service, the user agrees to the immediate commencement of the service before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

11.12. In accordance with applicable consumer law, the user waives the right of withdrawal once the service has begun with their explicit consent.

11.13. Complaints regarding paid services should be submitted electronically via the contact form or by email: info@easy-job24.com.

11.14. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

11.15. Upon request, an invoice will be issued. Billing details must be provided during the order process.

11.16. A contract for the provision of services is concluded upon confirmation of payment by the payment provider.

11.17. Payments may be made in euro (EUR) or Polish złoty (PLN), depending on the selected payment method and the user's location.

12. Copyright and Trademarks

All content available within the Services is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is". The operator is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Services.

14. Indemnification

The user agrees to indemnify the operator against any claims arising from a violation of these Terms.

15. Complaint Procedure

Complaints must be submitted within 14 days after the service is completed and should include identification details of the listing.

16. Termination

The Terms may be terminated by either the user or the operator. The operator reserves the right to retain user content.

17. General Terms

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent court having jurisdiction over the operator.
