Your tasks During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will learn what is important in retail and how we ensure a successful shopping experience in our Lidl stores with quality, freshness and cleanliness Whether it's clearing and presenting goods, baking or cashiering: You'll get stuck in and give it your all You'll check incoming goods, help with stocktaking and provide our customers with advice and support In your third year of training, you'll learn how to create staff schedules and manage your first shift You'll take part in training courses and exciting trainee projects to further develop your skills
