Responsibilities and requirements
Job description:
Determining the scope and sequence of maintenance and repair work in the general construction field, and supervising the work in progress in terms of material and financial, - conducting inspections of completed work orders of contractors in the general construction industry, - Participation in the preparation of repair and maintenance plans for the construction industry, - Supervision of technical documentation of construction facilities, - Controlling the settlement of expenses incurred in connection with the preparation and implementation of investments and ongoing renovations and reconstructions within the scope of its activities, - Participation in the timely conduct of periodic inspections of the housing stock and commercial premises of the cooperative, - conducting and supervising construction and repair works carried out in the cooperative's resources within the scope.
Other requirements: - min. secondary technical education with construction profile, - industry qualifications, - experience as an inspector (manager) of construction at least 5 years, - knowledge of construction law, - computer skills (Word, Excel programs) and cost estimating, - ability to analyze repair needs in the cooperative's resources and experience.
