Responsibilities and requirements
Job description:
- cooperation with the organizational units of the Air Force Military Academy in the preparation, arrangement and storage of archival documentation, 2) taking over the documentation of completed cases from individual organizational units on the basis of correctly prepared file transfer inventories, 3) substantive supervision of the proper handling of cases and documentation in the organizational units, providing consultations and training on the applicable office and archival procedures, 4) keeping records of documentation accumulated in the archive, 5) organizing and securing the accumulated files, 6) development of archival materials, 7) making available the documentation accumulated in the archive, 8) conducting archival searches of documentation on persons, events and issues at the request of institutions, offices and individuals, 9) participation in the process of discarding non-archival documentation, including: preparation of inventories of documentation, discarding protocols, completion of documentation and destruction of separated files, 10) conducting reporting, 11) preparation of archival aids such as inventories, directories and indexes, 12) digitization of archival materials that do not require special handling for preservation and access, 13) continuous improvement of qualifications by keeping abreast of changes in the law on archives and archives and participation in training courses and conferences.
Other requirements: For secondary education, at least 4 years of documented work experience required Additional requirements (subject to evaluation): 1) knowledge of current archival laws, 2) Completion of the first level of the course in the office and archival law, 3) ability to analyze and infer, 4) ability to represent the unit to the outside world, 5) ability to perform tasks and solve problems as a team, 6) ability to solve problems independently.
