Job description:
Performing the activities of a supervisory inspector in the field of renovations commissioned to external contractors, including accounting for the quantity and value of the work performed -Performance of qualitative and timely execution of renovation works -Participation in committees for acceptance of construction works, -Current handling of residents and correspondence within the scope of competence -Organizing and participating in periodic inspections of the technical condition of buildings, drawing up protocols in this regard for individual facilities -Keeping books of the facilities -Collaborating with Property Administrators
Other requirements: [Skill 2] : secondary or higher construction education required. [Skill 1] : B driver's license is welcome.
