Job description:
Main Responsibilities: Implementation of tasks in the field of: - crisis management, - civil protection, - civil defense, - protective construction, - evacuation of residents, - Interaction with entities responsible for civil protection, - Preparation of draft civil law contracts and agreements. Job characteristics:

- Accounting for earmarked grants of the Provincial Program for Civil Protection and Civil Defense, and implementation of tasks related to civil protection and civil defense, - keeping records of collective civil protection facilities and participating in the process of creating new shelters and restoring technical efficiency of existing ones, - organization of civil protection resources, - participation in the organization of training and exercises on civil protection, - planning financial resources to cover the costs of the tasks performed, - knowledge of the issues needed to carry out the tasks and legal acts:
- Law on Civil Protection and Civil Defense, - Law on crisis management, - Law on the state of natural disaster, - The Law on the Code of Administrative Procedure, - Act on the system of the capital city of Warsaw, - The Act on municipal self-government, - Act on county self-government.

Working conditions: Place of work: 43/45 Mlynarska Street, floor 2. Building equipped with an elevator adapted for people with disabilities, with the possibility of movement between floors (excluding the attic). Entrance width, passageways and toilets accessible to people with disabilities. Workstation: at a computer, operation of office equipment, making phone calls, customer service, movement inside the building and business exits. Necessary requirements:
- Polish citizenship, - Full legal capacity and exercise of full public rights, - no criminal record for an intentional crime prosecuted by public indictment or an intentional fiscal crime, - good repute, - Computer literacy*1, including basic document editing programs, - A bachelor's or master's degree and a minimum of 3 years of work experience or a high school degree and a minimum of 5 years of work experience, - more than 2 years of work experience in one of the following areas: civil protection, emergency management, public security, defense affairs, finance, legal services or public administration, - competencies: identification with the office, conscientiousness, communication, cooperation, external and internal customer service. Additional requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following fields: administration, security, emergency management, civil protection, social policy, pedagogy, biology, chemistry, environmental engineering, hydrology, hydraulic engineering, hydraulic engineering, water construction, rescue, or a single master's degree in law.
